“I needed some help with a repair to a door supplied by another company. Rollerdor were fantastic in responding and making suggestions to enable me to get my existing door working. When I replace it I will definitely use Rollerdor due to the excellent customer service I have already experienced albeit for a minor sale for them.”

“Horrendous experience from start to finish! Poor customer service to begin with as they do not ring back when they say! Took ages to book installation and then on the day nobody turned up!! Was assured that it would happen over a week later and we would be first appointment! 9am nobody 11am nobody, I ring at 1300 to be told they would be within the next hour, eventually turn up at 1600 just as getting dark, finished installation at 1900. Inspected the door in the daylight to find a couple of bricks had been chipped and the door was not sealed correctly! Rang again! Was told to send pics and they would look into it. Didn't hear anything back for almost 2 weeks until installer rings me to arrange to reseal and then he only did the outside! So finally after 6 weeks we are amazingly chased for payment, suddenly the customer service team are sharp and on the ball. So after wasting 2 days of waiting in for installation and very poor response, I hear you ask that I must have been given a decent discount for my inconvenience and their shoddy workmanship! Well....no! £50 off not even 10%. So if you can wait ages for installation and like bad customer service then use rollerdor, if not then....”

“Felt very confident in the way the survey was conducted by Leigh & Junior. They answered all my technical questions with no sales patter. The work was carried out as specified by Leigh & Dale. Summed up in 3 words Quick Clean & Professional. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Very pleased with the whole Rollerdor experiance. When we called at the offices and showroom we had a demonstration of the door and all the information on the alternatives available. The crew that came to fit the door were very pleasant, helpful and made an excellent and neat job of the installation. The door works perfectely and it is a wonderful experience of not having to get out of the of the car to open and close the door. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of getting a rower door and the bonus is that it is all British made”

“Thank you for the care and consideration you gave my son Graham when he contacted you and ordered the Rollerdor and your delivery person when delivering the parts for DIY construction. My son assembled and fitted the door which is at the moment going to 100% satisfaction in operation. I cannot comment on construction as he did it for me and will no doubt be contacting you.”

“From start to finish the staff where very friendly the door came when they said it would, the instructions where very good and easy to follow, I fitted it myself with a little help from my 78 year old father in law and it doesn't half look the part now its up.............”
