“Mostly v g. Always pleased with clothes, and with Ecco walking shoes bought 3y ago. But just bought Ecco boots &had to return them. Uppers terribly hard&uncomfortable. Cost me £11.15 to insure to return in post-annoyed of course.”

“The main gripe I have is with your sizing which I fell is a bit unrealistic. I am currently wearing size 14 so I ordered size 14 similar winter bags but stretchy. They were huge and slipped down over my hips. I returned them and paid £3.60ish postage because we failed to find a free post label. On the upside when I emailed my concerns I received prompt reply’s and positive suggestions regarding the fit. My replacement trousers arrived today and fit reasonably well.”

“Very good online service but still prefer to shop at the stores. Seeing, touching and being able to try the garments on are much, much more preferable than this virtually unseen system. The personal touch is still very important to many people.”

“Excellent technical clothing with some great designs. It would be the icing on the cake if "men's colours" were also available in the female versions of garments. For example, a greyish-green neutral zip top microfleece to wear in the hills. The sizing can be very erratic - for example I (female size 12) am happily wearing Mens 30S Bags bought a couple of years ago but have just had to return two news pairs of Bags in the same size which are much too small. The policy of rapid turnover of designs and colours may be economically sound but does not suit the psychology of all Rohan customers. Many of us would prefer to replace a loved garment with the same item when it wears out. The return of the female Microgrid zip neck is very welcome; it was hard to understand why this classic was removed from the list.”

“I'd prefer to shop at my very local Rohan shop, where I can check for style and size. Online is better than nothing, but there is a long delay between returning goods and receiving a refund. OK, I was able to return free, but paid delivery for goods I could have walked for in 5 minutes”

“Receipt of order quick. Sadly the product (winter stretch bags) was too tight although size requested was exactly same as my other normal stretch bags which fit perfectly. Easy process to return but still waiting for refund after 9 days of posting.”

“This Ascent is replacing a faithful friend of many years. I particularly like the effective hood. When ordering , I specified S but if i had followed the Size Chart it should have been M. The S is, however, a good fit.”
