“I have purchased a number of Trailblazers and have liked the quality functionality and design. The recent design with the right leg lower pocket, which has the opening zip in line with the seam opening up and down the leg, I have found to be absolutely useless.”

“Women jogging size 16. Lovely fabric. Warm. Generally good shape . However front rise 3cm shorter and back rise 2cm shorter than amblers. Just not so comfortable so am returning.”

“I placed a collect from store order. Lockdown was subsequently announced meaning the store was closed. Pleased to receive an email saying it would be posted. (Although I'd ordered as Mrs, the email was addressed to Mr!) Parcel subsequently arrived safely via Royal Mail.”

“I order for my partner as he only likes to wear Rohan. I like that he can both look sporty and dressed up in your clothing. We hope you'll sort out shipping soon to the EU as we live in Portugal. Nobody and nothing compares to the fit, quality and fine service of Rohan.”

“Goods took a little longer to be delivered due to the festive holiday season. Delivery Service DPD very good for delivering on time as indicated in text. Very pleased with items ordered, but have returned one item in exchange for the next size.”

“Rohan specialises in practical clothing that is also well suited for everyday use. For example, I have two pairs of their waterproof trousers which I routinely wear to the office if it's raining. Their products are of consistent high quality and their sizing is reliable. Only once have I ever had to return an item of clothing because it did not fit well.”

“Love Rohan clothes. Quality 5 stars, style and fit 5 stars.Would be 5 stars for this review...but ... am surprised and disappointed that when I can’t go to a store to collect, whatever the amount spent, you still charge P&P. Thanks for using DPD...so I know exactly when to expect my order. (Last order took a while but understandable as it was over New Year)”

“In general, I'm happy but issues exist. For example, I was told that the Warm Fusion trousers I ordered in the sale were coming from one of your shops. They have not arrived. Neither has any news. Did the message get through to the shop that they were expected to send me the trousers? Sizes are an issue, too. I have had to return one set of trousers, for being too short in the leg, despite going up a size to get room for my thighs (I'm a cyclist). It turns out that regular Trailblazers, with that lovely, comfortable, high waist are perfect for me. I had to find that out by trial and error. You should clearly identify the items most likely to be a good fit for customers who are fairly athletic. Also, no news on the trousers I returned. What's happening? Most companies I deal with predict delivery dates.”

“Website pretty good and user friendly. Some photos don't show enough detail. Ordering on line went well. Time interval to delivery reasonable in current difficult circumstances. Delivery was efficient. Returns facility not used. All 4 items ordered of high quality. Sizing numbers could be more consistent across product range. Overall, I am pleased.”

“Unfortunately the coat I ordered (Small) was too small for me and not as heavy as I expected. I returned it immediately on 31st December, after speaking to your courteous and professional staff. So far my refund has not taken place.”
