“perfect up to delvery, told it was coming on the friday but did not arrive untill the following monday. a day wasted waiting. i was informed early that morning it would be that morning which it did arrive that morning. pitty friday was not the same.”

“I love these walking trousers. They're light, cool and really comfortable. Lots of stretch in all the right places. My only gripe is that, really, I'm a "size 9", so an 8 is just too tight and the 10 - which I have - is a bit baggy. But I'm old enough to not care too much. I bought a second pair in a different colour and I imagine I'm going to be wearing these for years to come.”

“Have been buying Rohan clothing for years BUT recently had to return a pair of jeans as the sizes seems to have changed!!!!!! They were much too big on hips!! However their customer service is brilliant and also the returns facility is excellent.”

“My wife and I, now 86, have been loyal customers of Rohan all our lives and still have many things that we have had for decades because Rohan garments are expensive but they never wear out. We have asked for our names to be deleted from all your mailing lists because in recent months there has been saturation coverage - emails and junk mail of various kinds - something every day from Rohan! For us, that is counter productive. If we want to buy and outdoor garment or something else we are used to buying from Rohan, we would have a look at your website to see what is available before looking anywhere else. Flooding us with bumph is a turn off, not a turn on!”

“Good range of performance clothing. Pricey but usually worth it as I have teeshirts and trousers still going strong after 10 years. I just wish women's clothes came in a broader colour range - more browns and khakis and less blue and pink, please.”

“Love the quality of the stretch bags trousers and the convenience of multiple pockets. I ordered size 14 which fitted nicely around my waist but top of legs/ thighs were snug. So I also ordered a size 16 to compare which was way too bit and had to be returned. I also have size 14 Capri trousers (hence I ordered 14 in stretch bags) which are fantastic, but when I compared the leg width the Capri trousers is much more generous. So it would be nice to have consistency across garments Rohan. On reading other reviews for other garments I can see this is a common problem unfortunately. However, at the price of the garments consist sizing is very important especially for outdoor use.”

“Rohan clothes are exceptional for comfort, fit and easy care when you find what you want. Fortunately, they have mail order with free returns for those of us that cannot get to a store. While they started out making clothes for "active" people they have developed the business to supply the city person and frequent traveller. The clothes are light enough to pack for a week but, if needed, I could pack for one day as I could wash my undies and shirt at the end of the day and then put them back on in the morning. My Suit was washable and did not need ironing and my mac was 100% waterproof. I deducted a star because there are too many different garments available today and they keep changing the styles so when you wear out an item you have to start all over again trying to find an equivalent item in the latest range. It appears that an excellent clothing company appears to have been spoiled by marketing people?”

“Just bought my 2nd pair of Fleet Trousers... have been wearing the first one non stop ( err they need a wash ! ) for a week and they feel lovely, cool and fit perfectly. The 34 Short is spot on for me with a 29" inside leg. To make this a 5 out of 5 I would prefer the waist to be an inch lower ie more low waist on the hips.... than the current style.”

“Love the stretch bags, - great summer walking trousers. Smart, comfortable even in humid conditions, plenty of well-placed pockets. As always with Rohan I went down a size as the cut is generous. I held back from 5 stars because I wish Rohan did more to minimise their impact on the environment.”
