“Trousers slightly on the large size. One size smaller than my normal size would have been a better fit. Otherwise pleased with product and service. Would buy again.”

“I love the colour of the jacket and the fact that it is totally waterproof, and folds away into a small pocket, which makes it easier for travelling. And has a hood! I would have preferred a slightly longer version of this jacket but the one on the website does not have a hood, which for me is an essential. Apart from the length, I am delighted.”

“Summer stretch bags - ordered sizes 10 & 12; already have winter bags size 10 which fit perfectly. The summer size 12 were too big on the waist and there is no adjustment, so with the weight of phone etc in the pockets, they would forever be slipping off my waist; the size 10's fit OK but are slightly tighter on the legs and hips than I would like but not so as to restrict full movement, so am sticking with those.”

“Good quality clothing. The trousers I bought were excellent, but Rohan do not make them for women with short legs. The ones I bought were described as cropped, so they were just right to be full length on me! Please, Rohan, make petite sizes so I don't have to keep shortening trousers and rolling up sleeves.”

“Great products although sizes are not consistant across the product range or within the same item in different colours the fit is often very different which is poor. Although you state that returning items bought on line to a Store is acceptable its clear that the Franchise owners are not happy when this is done. I assume the Franchise owners see this as a disadvantage to them so whatever the issue with the process is Rohan should sort this out if you want customers to feel comfortable to shop both on line and in store.”

“I have always had good experiences of Rohan products and customer service. I find them expensive, but excellent, and prefer to buy when items are reduced. However, I was a little disappointed with my latest purchase, ENVOY TROUSERS M'S CHARCOAL MARL 30 Unf. The waist button just above the front zip was broken in half, so I had to use the spare. Also, I appreciate they are unfinished. My husband is a very slim man, and usually buys a 31" leg. However, if I had immediately cut and sewn these to that measurement, I would have ruined them. The trouser leg is very narrow and when my husband sat down the leg rose way up his calf above his socka. Therefore I had to hem them so they are a lot longer than we would like when he is walking/standing. Apart from that, the finish and fit are fine, but I am afraid you lost one star from my review for the reasons stated.”

“I've been buying their kit since the 1970s and think it is generally very good. I do wonder if they change their range too frequently - I find a good shirt, two years later it has been replaced in the range by something new, so I can't just reorder a few. I also detect cost cutting measure and please why can't you put model numbers/type labels on *all* your items. (OK, not belts etc but all shirts etc.)”

“Excellent walking trousers, a very practical style with pockets in all the right places. Unfortunately they didn't suit my shape & I had to return them. I would have given Rohan 5 stars except for the tiny plastic bag my purchase arrived in. I couldn't re- use it & instead had to use a new one. Some other manufacturers are using sturdy reusable paper bags for online orders now.”

“Good product with nice lightweight fabric but check sizing. According to my measurements size 12 should fit but too big. Size 10 was fine. Would prefer with a proper waistband.”

“I've worn Rohan For something like 40 years - and my favourite fleece is around 25 years old and going strong. Excellent customer service too. Some recent fabrics have been a bit disappointing and the sizing is occasionally inconsistent but I keep going back for more.”

“I love the performance linen and buy the shirts every year -perfect for travelling light. However I have very disappointed that you do not produce in linen trousers in long - you are able to produce long lengths in many of your other trousers and it is frustrating that you are unable to do so in the linen - do you have any plan to produce the performance linens trousers?”
