“Rohan clothing has been my mainstay from over 30 years, being usefully and sensibly designed and manufactured. The clothing has technical features that mean it offers more to the customer than regular garments. The products are generally very durable, and I still wear items bought in the 80s. That said, I feel that the sizing has become erratic in recent years, and I no longer buy the iconic Bags because of this.”

“Service excellent but website could be improved in my view. I placed order but when you sent confirmation E-mail I saw that I had mistakenly agreed to have order sent to Store in Aberdeen when my intention was to have it sent to my home address in Ireland! Maybe you should make it easier to avoid such mistakes by stressing the need to review before final payment click. Thank you. Brian Canniff”

“I have always liked the quality and functionality of Rohan clothing but sometimes find the sizing and styling a bit hit and miss in the more casual designs for tall thin people. It has never stopped me buying and returns are easy.”

“I really love the shirts and jackets which I purchase from Rohan and have many in my wardrobe. I have less luch with their trousers, which I find a little on the tight size and the shape generally does not work too well fo me.”

“I am a woman, size 12, height 5 feet 1 inches and small build. I have worn Rohan clothes for many years and love the style and quality. However, there are two areas which I find are making it less easy to buy suitable items: (1) sizing is getting bigger and bigger and arm lengths on long-sleeve tops and jackets are very long now. I have to shorten sleeves on everything, so this adds to the cost. But it is the sizing generally, too, as most things are too big in the body and shoulder areas. I have already fed back to your team that it would be great if Rohan could introduc a petite range. (2) everything is in blues/reds/pinks now and very few items in orange/green/khaki. Men's clothing is in 'earthy' colours but not the women's. Some of us girls don't like all the blues and reds and would like the earthy colours too. Thank you.”

“Products are good quality and well designed for purpose, though sometimes a little on the expensive side. Good, reliable descriptions on website and website is easy to navigate and place an order. Customer service is excellent and staff are always extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. When we used to visit stores most of them had helpful staff.”

“I've been a fan of Rohan clothing since the early 90s & pleased to see the steady improvement in technology with the latest being insect guard. However, their trousers regularly fail in the same place: the waist button needs to be better sewn.”

“Really appreciate the quality of your products, and my Maroc trousers are fine, but when, o when, will you include some high rise women's trousers options to at least some of your range? My wife is still having to nurture a pair she had from you twenty years ago!”

“Great quality clothes and styles. Two comments I would make. Would be great to add a visible logo, Rohan to clothing, the brand is a symbol of quality: why not show it off. I am sure you have analysed the sales data: are your sales more popular than in store purchases? Drop the normal retail prices and you should move considerably more volume. The clothing is good but not worth the full price.”

“Nearly all my clothes are Rohan - I really like the quality BUT I hate buying things in the sale then seeing them being reduced even further the day after I’ve received them. Is that a reward from being a faithful customer for years and years?”

“Bought t-shirts anf trousers. Trousers are great fit, comfortable and light. Just what I needed. Polo shirts are tighter than I hoped . Am usually a 10 so I chose a 12 for a looser fit for when walking but these are a little tighter than I had hoped but will be fine I suppose.”
