“Shoes returned because unsure about comfort. jacket returend because of questionable quality / colour. However the ease of return and communication have been great!”

“Lightweight, comfy and snug. Only criticism is that cuffs are far too loose, and I will need to alter them. This will interfere with the design and performance.”

“Products generally good but over priced. I have had just one really bad purchase - black bags trousers which discoloured within weeks. The replacement bags did exactly the same. They are unwearable.”

“Good service during lockdown. Returns easy. However too many trousers which all look only marginally different but sizes are not interchangeable. So my size in one pair is much too loose in another design. That makes online shopping more difficult and less appealing.”

“Four from five, because nobody is perfect - and 'five possible' is not recommended to give a balanced result. Usually a minimum of seven. I can't judge my new waterproof as I haven't had a suitable day to test it, but I am confident..... Delivery by DPD is a good choice - they got my awkward address correct first time and delivered in 24 hours when I expected 7 days.”

“I've been using Rohan products for over 20 years. In general I find the quality very good value. I have two criticisms: The latest products have less desirable features yet the price remains on the high side. The two pairs of jeans just purchased have no secondary internal secure pocket which previous pairs have. The colour choice for men's products is poor, particularly in respect of outer coats (always has been) whereas the ladies have a good colour choice.”

“I have been buying from Rohan for a long time, but the last few years Rohan trousers have just not been the same, they are tight in the wrong places, anyway I kept one pair of the two pairs I ordered, that is why I only gave four stars x”

“Fantastic jacket. Love it , very comfortable to wear however, what has possessed the designers to change the outside pocket flaps to face the front. This makes accessing the zip and then the pocket very difficult and uncomfortable. Rubs and gets in the way of the arms and walking pole Wore mine on Monday, a very windy day and the pocket flaps acted like wind flaps used to slow down aircraft making walking into the wind even more difficult. This really has spoiled an otherwise very nice jacket.”

“I like the range of clothes for casual and outdoor purposes. The service is good and reliable, and online goods can be easily sent back if not right. Some of the clothes I find quite stylish but others look rather out-dated, but that is a matter of taste! I would like a greater range of colours with less blues and greens for women's clothes.”
