I was very happy with Rohan's performance; the website, response time & the product. I was very unhappy with the delivery agent dpd. I was at the delivery point when dpd claimed they tried unsuccessfully to deliver. The bell was not rung nor did anyone try to contact me. They dropped the package at a collection point 2.5 miles away not even close to the nearest drop off point as they claimed. I contacted dpd online & they refused to move the package to the nearest drop point, the system does not allow it.
