“I have been wearing Rohan clothing since they started up, and still wearing some of those original purchases (would that be 30 years??) My only issue with latest purchase is whilst I am wearing other trousers and pairs of shorts with the same waist size that comfortably fit, the latest trousers are a bit on the neat size around the waist. More uniformity of sizing would be great.”

“The Rohan service is good however the sizes for women's fleeces in particular remain inconsistently sized. I have small, medium and large tops all which fit. This means that when ordering on line, I need to order a variety of sizes to see which one might fit and this in return causes extra admin and returns for Rohan. Please start using individual ladies sizing - 10, 12 etc rather than trying to cover more than one.”

“I have been a regular customer for 30 years plus and on the whole the quality of my purchases are very good. I do get frustrated when good materials and design features change from year to year for change sake. Going back to the original Goa trousers that year by year the materials were not so good and the design less practical. Thats an example but does happen across the range.”

“I have found Rohan products to be generally of high quality. In recent years however, sizing has become an issue as evidenced in product reviews. Sleeves are reported as being too long, jeans and some trousers are reported as being less generously cut at the leg. The response is usually that the comments will be passed to the planning team. I would like to see Rohan return to the values and sizing of yesteryear. The Rohan customer base is I suspect not young, and whilst fashion is important, it should not be at the cost of the original Rohan values.”

“Rohan products are of an excellent standard but quite costly, so I tend to order sale items. I find they last for years and are extremely comfortable to wear. Please make some more walking skirts. I had two knee length ones which have finally worn out. Maybe a few in bold colours, such as red.”

“I like the clothes and the quality of them, however, that comes at a price so I generally try to buy at sale time being as how I am retired. Service is good, both delivery and the odd return where the size is not quite right. I buy mostly online although there is a branch about 12 miles from where I live.”

“Been buying Rohan clothing for years, as a hill walker and regular traveller, I find with Rohan you get what it says on the description, so fits my needs. Sizing is spot on, though I would say, I am now finding the length of tops appear to be shorter, definitely not suitable for a day on Scottish hills, I like my back fully covered. Clothing very well made, lasts for years!”

“Service was excellent, good website, quick delivery and inexpensive returns. Sizing on women's shirts was inconsistent though so had to do multiple orders. Also the shirts were on the small side across the back at the shoulders, so would pull a bit in the sleeve when arms reached forward. This was the same in two different sizes. The shirts were of good quality fabric and nice colours & prints.”
