“The quality of the trousers far exceeded my expectation. My only downside is that I am only 5ft and the short length is far too long, I had to have them shortened which put extra cost to them. It would be good if Rohan considered doing a shorter length, I’m sure I’m not the only petite lady.”

“Sadly the Size 10, long length Women’s bags, (Ash Brown), were just too small for me; no size 12 in stock to exchange either. My grey size 10, fit perfectly… very odd! I’ve worn bags for years - they’re my “go to trousers” for most occasions. Here’s hoping they do a dark brown for the winter months 🤞.”

“These trousers fitted well (District Chinos), I like the slim fit and overall feel. Great for city breaks and they stay looking good into the evening. Pricy unless you pick them up in the sale as I did.”

“recently had to return dry roamers as surprised to find they did not fit---i have ordinary roamers which do. the assistant told me they are a much closer fit because of the lining so am unable to purchase these as you do not do a bigger size---I wear size 18 in the normal version. So if you know they are a tighter fit why not make them in size 20? I had wanted them for a holiday in the Arctic---would have been perfect if they fitted. In fact please do more size 20 overall---there must be many outdoor people like me who are curvy rather than sylph=like. In fact I find often the size 20 is sold out or not available in store--that must tell you something?! I have a lot of Rohan gear which is great but would buy more if sizes were bigger in some styles.”

“The products are great but delivery can be a nightmare. I would always go for delivery to local store. The delivery by DHL took 3 attempts.”

“Still some very good products but some of the details are lacking. Examples of this include recent experience of buying Pioneer convertible trousers and a pair of Pioneer shorts in the sale. Both were labelled 34" waist but the internal waistband measurements are 2" different making me think the manufacturer sewed the wrong label into the shorts. Otherwise, both products are very good although time will tell as they are only a month old.”

“I have been a Rohan customer for over 30 years. Their kit is hard wearing and good quality, some of my original purchases are still going strong after all that time. If I am honest the quality is not as high as it first was but it is still good. I miss the chest pocket in many of the newer fleece designs, which I assume is a cost saving, but nevertheless continue to enjoy the kit in general and I wear at least two items of Rohan clothing every day. The website is good, user friendly and the delivery process excellent. 5 Stars reduced to 4 merely because of design changes,”

“Rohan like everyone has produced a number of less-than-good products over the last few years and quality control has been poor or nonexistent. Having said that they have recently regained their former glorry and are now once again produceing some excellent garments. Their fabric development is second to none resulting in outdoor clothing which is both highly functional and long-lasting. Design of their garments is generally suitable for both adventure and city wear but you should expect variation in sizes, fortunately this is now resolved as all deliveries are sent with a prepaid return label so that exchange for a different size is simplified. My wardrobe is "full" of Rohan clothes brought over the last ten years and I highly recommend them.”

“Ordered two shirts and one pair of trousers. Delivery was efficient. Trousers did not suit because I had chosen wrong size and return was straightforward. Shirts were fine. I prefer shopping in person in an actual shop but this experience was painless enough - though I'd have realised mistake with trousers quicker in a shop!”

“Rohan is trying to follow current fashions and fails miserably. When a new line appears you can bet on seeing it in the Sale as typical Rohan customers want good quality ‘travel’ clothing that doesn’t date. Fabric tends to pill even more these days - sometimes on a second wearing making it look scruffy. The cost of clothes make you want to wear them for years., not weeks. Good quality which don’t crease, pill, a reasonable sympathetic cut and quick drying please. The zip in the hidden zipped pocket in trousers needs to be shorter and not being included in the seam - obviously a cost saving move me thinks. Causes seam to poke out. Lots need to be sorted and then there wouldn’t need to be endless sales which no one wants, so come on Rohan back to what the majority of us what!”

“People in shops are really helpful even if they know the purchase is later, or in the sale. Great asset for Rohan. Gear is well designed and functional and does what the description says. Some would be better described as travel wear , the shirts and trousers are ideal as they can be washed and don’t need ironing for daytime use.”

“Your Roamer trousers fit me well but are not quite so nice since the stitching on the legs was done away with. Your jeans are comfortable but begin to look worn quite quickly.”
