“Rohan products have rarely let me down and I have been buying them for many years. On 1 occasion, I have had to return a product it was dealt with swiftly and professionally. My only grumble is that some items now come with the Rohan logo as a transfer rather than embroidered which means after a short time, the logo starts to fall off and looks really tatty.”

“I purchased two pairs of Newtown chinos and I'm happy with quality and fit. I do not approve of "designed in Britain" only to find that the goods are manufactured in the PRC. The origin of manufacture should be clearly visible prior to purchase.”

“Summit trousers are very comfortable, warm and waterproof. Good fit (size 10, normally 12) but regular just a bit too short and long too long! Have had to turn up the long. I’m 5’ 8””

“I received my Dry Roamers today. Already have a pair of Roamers. I bought the Dry Roamers on recommendation from fellow walkers who already own them. The trousers are well made and have a relaxed fit everywhere except the waistband which is quite ‘snug’ - was disappointed to discover little or no stretch on the waistband compared with my normal Roamers. If you are a lady of a certain age and a hold a bit of weight around the middle you might find the waistband a bit restrictive”

“I have a lot of Rohan clothing as it is good quality, lasts a long time and looks smart. Normally Medium size fits me very well but the gilet I purchased recently would have easily fitted a tall Large size. However, the returns process was simple and the cost was refunded in good time.”

“Hi, For years I have worn Rohan Roamers and loved them. I have just started to wear two recently purchased pairs and am very disappointed. why Rohan have you reduced the leg pocket and hip zip pocket size? The leg pocket was so useful for my phone., this will now not fit. Please consider reinstating the old pocket size to make a loyal customer happy! Thank you, Christine.”

“The staff are always helpful in a way which could be described as ‘hard-sell’, but there is always the opportunity to return any goods which do not fit or are simply not wanted after all. They never moan or complain whether purchased online, purchased online and collected from the store or simply purchased from the store. I reckon they have a very good training programme.”

“Sometime quirky, but some genuine innovations. I really dislike the pop-fastenings on (say) the Midtown jacket, as there is no way to get a hand behind them to press against. Please, please offer (preferably silent) velcro or equivalent! Also, the zips on the Destination jacket pockets are very uncmnfortable and actually drew blood once ....”
