“I love the product quality but sizing can be a bit haphazard. Hats need to be adjustable for different head sizes. It would be helpful to have a plus size in the knickers. I'm a 16 but the large is a little snug.”

“Online ordering is fairly simple, the only niggly is being taken back to the top of the entire product range page when exiting from an individual product choice. Finally cannot understand why, when having ordered product into store and, on the rare occasion of deciding it does not fit, why the refund cannot be processed there and then instore, rather than wait another 3/4 days for the refund to be processed through Head office.”

“Products I've bought over the years from Rohan have all been very good buys, one negative comment I would make is please fit larger tooth ZIPS to your jackets/coats, other than that your products do what they say on your descriptions. Your website is one of the best I use easy to move around and your helpdesk/phone ordering staff are excellent.”

“I recently bought a few items in the sale including a Global crew neck t-shirt, micro grid half zip fleece and a Shoreline Polo t-shirt. All are size L and fit well, apart from the Global t-shirt which is far too long. I'm 5'10" and the T-shirt sits about 2" below my crotch, meaning I'll have to get it altered to sit properly when worn over trousers. Had to get 6cms taken off the Global t-shirt I bought last year to make it look and feel right. It would be great if Rohan could make these T-shirts in a regular length for the likes of me and longer lengths for taller guys. It's odd because the two Shoreline T-shirts I have sit at the perfect length.”

“Some of the best walking trousers I have. At 5'3" I ordered the short length size 14 which are a little long but still wearable and had to add a belt as the waist is a bit big. They're waterproof and windproof but not warm at temperatures below zero. You definitely need another layer for warmth.”

“Delivery of voucher excellent and in time. I would have liked to be able to put a name and message in the voucher. Also as the sender of the voucher I could not put the reciever’s mobile number to be contacted if there were any difficulties in delivery.”

“The process of ordering items for delivery to their local shops generally works well as it is often convenient to collect whilst out shopping. After ordering just two quite small packages recently it was a bit disappointing that we needed to make two trips to collect the items due to stock issues, otherwise it works well, particularly at a time when there is a shortage of couriers or strikes.”

“Rapid service, excellent products ( shirts and boot socks this time). It's a pity that Rohan won't do DDP (delivered duty paid) to the EU. Amazon, eBay and competitors such as Columbia can do it. So a £120 order including UK VAT incurs €78 in duty, EU VAT and DHL surcharges.”
