“Excellent shirts but expensive without the reduction. In the distant past (20 years ago or more?), I bought a Rohan Shirt with two breast pockets and press studs instead of buttons. That shirt is still my favourite and I wear it regularly. Why have you stopped selling shirts with press studs? Gordon Preston”

“Rohan products are great when they get it right, lightweight, durable and comfortable, but they don't always get it right. Consequently, much mail-order to-and-fro is required to get the perfect product. Our nearest retail outlet is 160 miles away.”

“Great quality clothing comes at a price. As a conservation volunteer I bought some Rohan trousers over 20 years ago to work in, and they’re still going strong!! More recently I bought some walking shoes in the sale and they were so comfy I went back for a second pair. You can’t fault the quality of the goods I just wish I could afford to shop there all the time rather than just when they have a sale on…”

“Some great quality products which can be relied upon - and which last very well indeed. I have been a regular customer for many years, but I have to confess that I now buy only in the sales (of which there are many!). Your full-price items can be picked up in the sales (mostly) at much-discounted prices. Waiting for a sale does not require a great deal of patience (5 or 6 times a year?). I'm not complaining (!) - but I worry about the sustainability of this for Rohan in the long run.”

“Have loved Rohan clothing for years but recently the range of muted colors (for birding) has got smaller. The online booking was easy and item received in good time but the Capri short trousers I bought were not cheap and what made it worse was the £10 shipping charge to Channel Islands which means I am now only purchasing items very rarely. Too many of my favourite items have now been discontinued.”

“Products always excellent quality, but colors not always what you see online. Had a problem trying to purchase this last item online- for some reason it wouldn't accept my credit card, so had to phone from abroard to make the order( with same credit card!!).. Service with staff on the phone or email, is usually first class, but when I had to phone this tme, the person was fairly abrupt--not the usual attitude that I have experienced over the many years that I have been a customer.”

“I first bought Rohan clothing when I used to travel abroad frequently. I liked the zipped security pockets, and the comfortable, easy-care styles. I have continued to buy Rohan because of the durability of the clothing. My only criticisms are that the styles change too frequently with old favourites no longer being available, and there seems to be a move away from everyday wear towards adventure clothing.”
