“Ventured into a Rohan store several years ago while on a trip to the UK. Bought a few items then and continue to do so from the U.S. I love the lightweight micro fleece jackets and pullovers the most.”

“I have bought Rohan clothing for several decades. The clothing has lasted well through these years. Their sizing is also quite accurate. My latest purchases Stretch Bags are perfect. If I have any problems I can call and their office team are extremely helpful.”

“The items were fine, but I had to pay import duty and VAT in Cyprus before the items could be delivered, (presumably having already paid in the UK) This is the first time this has happened. Previous orders post-Brexit were fine, but it meant the items became very expensive, so I probably will look for alternatives within the EU.”

“I purchased gamblers trousers for my trip to Australia and they were very comfortable. However, upon my return I went on a spring amble and encountered a few freshly growing shrubbery which, although being extremely careful, completely snagged and ruined the trousers. I would say, therefore, that these trousers are not "walking trousers" but "sitting having coffee trousers" very dissatisfied with the thin material. Will not be buying again. Total waste of money.”

“I purchased a Valan Barricade jacket from you on 20 Feb to replace a 25 year old Rohan jacket which had served me well after many miles of use in tough conditions. I am delighted with the Valan - excellent design and functionality - pure Rohan!, but..... in good faith I paid the full price for the jacket (£350) and was pleased to do so given the quality on a new line. However, I was really shocked to see your latest offers email of today, offering the Valan at £245 - a whopping 30% discount!! I fully appreciate that you are running a commercial business, but to find this kind of reduction after a month on sale, is pretty astounding. As a loyal customer of Rohan, I feel annoyed to say the least, in that I have paid £105 premium on a new line when you discount the product by a high margin in less than 30 days!”

“Love Rohan as a brand. Have worn their clothing for more than 40 years. Quality is very good. Particularly like their Global T shirts and walking trousers (stretch bags are excellent). Shops are good with great help and advice on offer. Ordering online is quick and easy. I now wear Rohan everyday.”

“I’m not that impressed that you only notify me that there are sale and price reductions the day after a I place an order. What’s more the last order I put in I activated 15% off and I had free postage. When I put in the code for free postage it cancelled my discount. I only spotted this after my confirmation had come through so I lost my £20 approx discount. Not happy”
