“We have been enormously impressed by the commitment and hard work of Samantha Broomhall on our behalf throughout the whole period of our house being on sale until she went on maternity leave. Her good humour, cheerful competence and encouragement made a huge difference to the whole process, both in good times and in more challenging moments. When Helen took over from Sam, we were nearer the end of the long journey, and she was equally competent and supportive. Crucially, her cheerful encouragement through the crisis caused by Covid and the NatWest Beeston Branch on the day of Completion was exemplary. She calmly drove me to the Long Eaton branch of NAtWest and made sure I had everything in correct order to enable completion on our purchase to go ahead smoothly. The support that all colleagues in the Robert Ellis office offered me on the morning of Friday 4 February was tremendous, and my husband Robert and I are most grateful.”

“I was using Robert Ellis estate agency represented by Mark Phillpott and Dawn Stokes in Long Eaton area. The Agent is very professional and helpful. I was always updated with information between me, my house buyer and the seller of my new house regarding conveyancing process from the beginning to the end. Very fast in decision making and responded quickly. She knows the market and from the very beginning build up trust. Highly recommend. You couldn’t ask for a better sales agent sell or buy your property for you. I highly recommend that you use Mark Phillpott and Dawn Stokes if you are selling or buying a property in Long Eaton. Thanks for helping me sell and move to my new Dream House.”
