“Very professional, prompt and efficient service. I was using 4 estate agents at the time of my transaction and Robert Ellis were by far the best . They were proactive with regular communication and I felt a sense of partnership . They were also very helpful with local contacts and sensitive in this probate sale. Robert and Holly have been fantastic and I would highly recommend.”

“Would definitely recommend Robert Ellis. Emma offered to take the photos on the day of the valuation and we were very pleased with them. The board went up soon after. We were always contacted with feedback from potential buyers. We sold quite quickly and the whole process went smoothly. Overall very efficient service.”

“Thank you very much to Emma Cavers on helping us sell our house and buying our new home. This was a stress free experience because they did all the leg work for you. Viewings were organised by Robert Ellis in a quick and timely manner and always thought of our family timetable before making any appointments. They were always on the end of the phone and everyone knew what was going on. Massive thank you guys!”

“I bought a property listed by Robert Ellis and so even though I wasn't their client, they provided such great service and care. Marie Denham managed the sale and dealt with the whole process wonderfully. She kept everyone in the loop, sorted out any issues and was excellent at communicating between both parties and our solicitors. Should I ever sell, Robert Ellis would definitely be my first choice.”

“My experience with Robert Ellis started when I moved to the area and viewed a number of properties. On one viewing, Dawn recommended another property which I ultimately ended up purchasing. As a buyer, I couldn't have been happier with the service provided Robert Ellis. I then had to move with work and as seller, I wouldn't have instructed any other agent. Mark professionally appraised the house and made the process of bringing it onto market remarkably easy. Then I was happy to learn that Dawn would be handling the sale. The house was on the market just after lockdown restrictions were lifted and within days I had offers in. Dawn relentlessly looked after the process, and was my go to person when my own solicitor wasn't forthcoming with updates. Nothing was too much for Dawn, and she truly made the selling process much easier and less stressful by her dedication and ethics. Cannot recommend Robert Ellis LE highly enough and if I ever move back to the area, they will be my go-to agent.”
