“Would highly recommend and was very pleased with the level of service received. From the first initial meetings with Mark through to Dawn ensuring that the sale progressed smoothly, communication was excellent and very personable. Dawn was regularly in contact providing updates without having to be chased and made sure the sale completed as stress-free as possible.”

“Emma was extremely friendly and helpful when valuing our house and gave us excellent advice on how best to market it. We also found Courtney extremely helpful and efficient in keeping us up to date. At the end when things seemed to be moving slowly she was able to cut through the 'red tape' and advise us on exactly what was happening which really helped to minimise the stress.”

“Helen was amazing! Without her I doubt our move would have happened by now. She was so much better than my own estate agents and I often asked advice from her- she was always happy to help and nothing seemed to phase her. Her communication was open, honest and frequent. “Robert Ellis have gone above and beyond with their service. I was in close contact with Holly who took care of the property I was selling and also helped me the property I was purchasing. She was amazing throughout the whole process and made everything go along smoother. It can be a stressful time moving house however Holly made this a lot easier. She was very professional and communicated throughout, she also printed all my documents while I was ill which again helped with the process. I would highly recommend Robert Ellis from start to end and I would definitely use them again.”
