“Thanks to Nathan at the Stapleford branch for providing a valuation on our home. He was honest, open and frank about what we need to do to achieve a sale within a reasonable time frame. As he lives in Stapleford he knows better than anyone what the positives about the Town are and what is going on in the local area. He was able to help out with questions I had about HS2, schooling and having sold numerous properties around me he had fantastic knowledge of what properties had sold for in order to help with the value of mine. Would no doubt recommend anyone wanting to sell their property locally they ask for Nathan to come round and discuss it with them.”

“Always very good customer service. Marie Denham dealt with both my sale and purchase and was always very easy to approach when I needed information. The other members of staff at the Beeston office also went the extra mile whenever I had a query, always returning phone calls after promising to do so.”

“Robert Ellis (stapleford) have done exactly what i wanted them to do. Never did I expect them to sell my house within 24hrs! Nathan knew what our situation/urgency was to sell our property. He did just that and we couldn’t be happier. Fingers crossed till completion now 😊 would highly recommend.”

“Nathan Henshaw is very knowledgeable of the local area. With children at the local schools and knowing the area like the back of his hand he is always able to help and answer any questions I have. “Robert Ellis have acted as our managing agents for the letting of our property. This has now been for a number of years. They have always been transparent and have provided excellent service when finding tenants and dealing efficiently with any maintenance requirements at the property. During a recent re letting of the property we were kept updated on the progress of the letting through regular phone calls.”
