“In one word excellent; time-critical work carried out by the team. Data was fully recovered and have been recommending R3 ever since. On a side note, if you are offered a chance to go to the labs, do, as the site and history of the company are worth the extra effort.”

“From nowhere my memory stick become corrupted, I work within the Oil & Gas business and had years of work and reference documents on my memory stick and even worse I had not backed up all these documents. As you would expect I felt dreadful thinking I had lost all that data. However, a colleague advised that specialist UK companies exist that have the software to recover corrupted memory sticks, so like everyone else I searched online looking for options, my search identified 3 or 4 UK Companies who appeared capable of recovering my lost data, from them Companies my preferred choice was to use R3 Data Recovery Ltd. From my initial contact to the 100% successful return of my lost data R3 customer service was excellent, pick-up was arranged from my home, then within 48-hours they contacted me to confirm all files and data had been recovered, payment was then due and registered post was used to return a new memory stick with all my recovered files / data. I must be honest in saying that initially I was dubious of success, but R3 produced the goods and the relief with the recovery was immeasurable. My advice to all is make sure all-important documents are backed-up, but if you lose data in similar circumstances to me I would recommend R3 for the recovery process.”

“From start to finish everything went smoothly. Andy Butler was straightforward and the R3 team efficient, undertaking the work on a no-win no-fee basis. A local IT expert had said it was very unlikely anything could be recovered. In fact I had my data back from R3 in under a week. I was very grateful as the data represented a lot of work. Andy was on hand to guide me through the process, including on the evening of the last working day before Christmas. This was much appreciated, as the recovery process created multiple data sets in different formats, and Andy showed me the best place to start, thus saving a lot of time. Recommended.”

“I received excellent service throughout. I received a quote within a couple of hours, clarifying questions were answered quickly and after accepting the reasonable quotation, my drive was picked up by courier soon after. About a week later I received a file listing, showing successful data recovery and after paying the invoice, my drive was couriered back within days. I was later also refunded the cost of a recovery drive without any quibble after pointing out a mistake. Altogether a delightful experience.”
