“The service was good but there were too many people dealing with it and it got very delayed as a result. They did sort it in the end, but I think it was overpriced for the budget service and the amount of time it took to get it back.”

(Highlands Data Recovery) -

Thank you for your review of R3 Data Recover This case was two drives, both needing recovery on a budget service during a busy period. The first drive to come in to be recovered took 3 days and returned on an NTFS formatted portable drive, but the second did not arrive with us for another 5 days and again was processed quickly. The delay issue was the format of the drive for the recovered data which needed to be ext4 (Linux). Despite the communication issues and courier delay, all tasks were completed within the budget cost and service level. "My MAC broke and I need the information off the harddrives. It is fine to put it on discs or just sort the drives. I am in the Highlands" Many thanks for your review, we always try to deliver the best value at the highest quality of data in every case. “Although the data seemed to recovered it seems that quite a lot of the headers have been corrupted and therefore are not playable. I am very disappointed with the final result.”

Hi Caroline Thank you for your review. I am having the quality of the recovery reassessed to be sure we have done everything possible.
