“Excellent service from Lyndsey McCracken in negotiating the transfer of our 11 July Rhine Cruise to the same one next year at the same price. Lyndsey did what she said she would do in terms of communication, which it has to be said, most people don't do these days. Prompt paperwork follow-up as well - a very good experience - thanks Lyndsey.”

“Had to cancel River Cruise due to forthcoming operation, cancelled due to Covid 19 Pandemic. Unable to get to know when this would happen and River Cruise booked September. Estelle Peachey dealt with our query with so much help and understanding and we are very grateful to her. Thank you Estelle”

“Had a problem with future River Cruise and decided that we would cancel due to operation being cancelled and no date given for future, due to Covid 19. “Tried to contact River Voyages previously, and didn't even get an acknowledgement, so wasn't impressed at the time. When they contacted me though, could not fault them. Rearranged our Danube river cruise for next year, and Lyndsey, who dealt with our booking, was excellent. Even ended up with 200 Euros on board credit. Very impressed with the service indeed.”

“Despite the problems of staff working from home response to my request to rebook a cruise that had been cancelled (COVID) was excellent. There was a small hiccup with sending the confirmation document which may well have been at my end but Lyndsey sorted it out and everything is now complete.”
