“Erin was a very valuable and helpful adviser and then completed the whole booking with efficiency. We had specific timing and site needs for the holiday and could not find what we required. Erin clearly researched the field and came up with two choices, one of which we found suitable. She communicated very regularly as she worked and only made demands that were very necessary to achieve the booking. He whole approach was friendly and helpful and she only moved to telephone contact when it was essential”

“Hannah was patience itself throughout a tricky timing exercise, as independent flight bookings had to be co-ordinated with our cruise reservation. Very clear communication and numerous call backs, always on time. A job well done. Thank you, Hannah.”

“My experience with River Voyages was very positive. Emma was a delight to talk to and very knowledgeable. She was able to get us a good price for our cruise and all our flights etc. All in all we are very happy.”

“My call was dealt with promptly and the waiting time for a call back from the agent was approximately 20 minutes. Hannah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the information she gave helped us to decide on cabin choice. Also appreciated her return call re. price of deposit. All in all, we were very impressed.”

“We’ve just booked a river cruise with Helen Conway at River Voyages. It’s not our first river cruise but is the first time using River Voyages. It’s nice to be able to speak to someone and Helen was very polite and friendly offering advice as we were pondering a couple of cruises. Helen talked us through the options of accommodation, dining and so on and we’re now excited about our Christmas cruise in 2021!! If the cruise is as good as it looks, we’ll definitely use Helen and River Voyages again. Thanks very much Helen.”

“Booked with River Voyages a cruise down the Danube. 3 Days later we had to change the date, Helen Conway who took our original booking couldn't have been more helpful, it was sorted within a day. Great customer service which is hard to find now days.”

“We have a holiday booked later this year but will be out of the country when several aspects of this holiday have to be completed. In this respect we have spoken to Sophie Milligan who has given us excellent service and removed any worries that we might have had.
