“Hi l was very glad that Janet delt with with my holiday due to the virus , we would have had to cancel with also ,the flight from Birmingham also being cancelled as well it made traveling to an nother airport it made it difficult , but Janet went out of her way to find a flight that would be ok ,my husband being in not to good health wise , and being 83 years bless Janet”

“Initially the service was very poor and frustrating as our cruise was cancelled on 11 th March and we failed to get support for some 8 weeks from both scenic and Six Star. We finally resorted to writing to the MD’s of both companies. We were then put in the hands of Lyndsey and since then the service has been excellent. The rating we have given is based on Lyndsey’ service.”

“Emma worked really hard for me to transfer my river cruise holidays from August this year to August 2021. Although I may be should have waited as I may well have been cancelled by Saga and perhaps may have got a better deal. But Emma did as I asked her and did some time on my concerns. “I was not sure whether to cancel our river cruise for this year and lose the deposit or pay the substantial balance. The team at river cruises were efficient in setting out the options and allowed us to postpone our cruise for a whole year, like for like. Their response was quick, clearly explained and professional and they rang me back quickly to confirm the changes could me made. I was very impressed with the service, particularly at this difficult time.”

“Erin was a very valuable and helpful adviser and then completed the whole booking with efficiency. We had specific timing and site needs for the holiday and could not find what we required. Erin clearly researched the field and came up with two choices, one of which we found suitable. She communicated very regularly as she worked and only made demands that were very necessary to achieve the booking. He whole approach was friendly and helpful and she only moved to telephone contact when it was essential”
