“Booked a Rhine cruise today with Gill. Very helpful and efficient. Nothing too much trouble. Takes all the stress out of making decisions and booking. She gave me time to think without pressure and gave excellent advice. Thank you.”

“Gill was a start in organising our river cruise today. Full of suggestions when the one I had enquired about was not do-able to Remich flight wise. She was so helpful and had such a lovely manner dealing with all my questions. We are delighted with the Danube cruise with Viking she suggested with flights direct from Edinburgh in July and a fantastic price...with many extras added! Wonderful service. Thank you.”

“First time booking a river cruise and I am usually reluctant to speak on the phone in case of feeling pressure to book. “I was so impressed with Gill. She had contacted me last week but I was on holiday in South Africa so did not take her call due to high costs! However she called me today re my enquiry about a cruise from Remich which she advised was not going to be very workable for flights from Edinburgh to the ship. She then suggested several other departures and was so helpful and answered my numerous questions and got us an unbelievable deal on a Danube cruise in July next year. We are delighted with all the extras we have been given for the price too. Excellent service and such a lovely manner.”

“Together with a friend, my wife and I booked a Danube cruise with River voyages. When booking we received excellent service from Helen on Concierge and today when I contacted them with a query it was dealt with in a very efficient and courteous way by Janet I am quite impressed with the level of customer service. Thank you.”

“Gillian Stark is an excellent envoy for River Voyages. She has a charming professional manner and excellent sales skills. I was disappointed initially as I requested an email response but was asked for a timed phone call which I thought was quite cheeky to be honest. However I decided to opt for a phone call which came at the exact time I'd requested and Gillian handled the rest. In other words, sold us on this holiday!”
