“I called River Voyages today to get some more information about the river cruise that I had booked and am due to travel on 30 August. I spoke to Keeley who was very helpful and called my river cruise company at the time to obtain the information that I needed. She also provided information about additional services that River Voyages could provide to enhance our holiday and that I had not been aware of, so I am now following that up. Thanks, Keeley.”

“Keeled was very helpfull and dealt with my query. She also was able to arrange an upgraded cabin for us and booked our extra tours quickly and efficiently. I’ve been very impressed with both Kelley and earlier Claire.”
