“Recently booked a cruise with the assistance of Gill. I was recommend cruise 118 by a friend. I wasn't disappointed - Gill was very efficient, courteous. I felt we got a really good deal and wouldn't hesitate to use Cruise 118 again.”

“Recently booked a river cruise with Gill. What abreath of fresh air! Gill was knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and she took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood fully each of the options. There were a couple of times when she had to check some details, and promised to ring me back. She always did so on the promised time and with the information I needed. Exactly what you'd expect, but not always what you get. Thanks a lot Gill you're a credit to the Company.”

“I saw a cruise advertised on the internet and rang River Voyages where I spoke to Gill. She was most helpful and knowledgeable and gave me all the information I required to make a booking. She handled this with great efficiency, and in less than 30 minutes my wife and I were booked on our cruise which we are very much looking forward to. Thank you Gill - excellent service.”

“Gill was extremely patient as we had many queries about our booking. She was very helpful and cheerful throughout the whole booking process, giving us various alternatives to state rooms and travelling as the flights available did not tie in exactly with our requirements. This will be our fourth river cruise but the first we have booked through an agent - I don't think it will be the last time.”

“We have just booked a Myanmar cruise this being the third cruise we have booked through River Voyages. From start to finish Gillian gave us fantastic service, answering our many queries promptly and with enormous patience and humour. Nothing was too much trouble even phoning us in Spain and as always prices are very competitive.”

“Gill was so helpful and responsive to our requirements which developed as we learned more about river holidays, and our friends who were coming with us dithered. She guided us through several cruises starting at France the Garonne/Gironde, then Portugal the Douro until we finally settled for the Danube, Prague to Budapest. Really looking forward to May 2020.”

“Gill was a start in organising our river cruise today. Full of suggestions when the one I had enquired about was not do-able to Remich flight wise. She was so helpful and had such a lovely manner dealing with all my questions. We are delighted with the Danube cruise with Viking she suggested with flights direct from Edinburgh in July and a fantastic price...with many extras added! Wonderful service. Thank you.”

“I was so impressed with Gill. She had contacted me last week but I was on holiday in South Africa so did not take her call due to high costs! However she called me today re my enquiry about a cruise from Remich which she advised was not going to be very workable for flights from Edinburgh to the ship. She then suggested several other departures and was so helpful and answered my numerous questions and got us an unbelievable deal on a Danube cruise in July next year. We are delighted with all the extras we have been given for the price too. Excellent service and such a lovely manner.”
