“Excellent service from Susan and Gill. Good info provided and when we got a confirmation call we had been given a £600 discount from Avalon, plus a case of wine. Booking process was very easy, concierges were very helpful and friendly. I hope the service on the river cruise is as good! :)”

“The experience was a good one.Both ladies that i spoke to were a credit to your company.They were Emma and Erin,who were absolutely on the money.Both had a lovely attitude,and great knowledge of their subject.If the cruise is as good as this there will be no complaints.Thanks.Martin Battishill”
