“Concierge was very helpful and pleasant.. my booking was made easy and all was explained. Further contact is required but i have the correct numbers to ring when the information you need is available. Very satsifactory.”

“The holiday was so well organised - every detail was thought of and executed, so we didn't have to organise anything - which ensured a very relaxing holiday. We were so impressed with our Rhine cruise that we have already booked a cruise on the Danube next year. It was one of the best holidays we have ever had, and we have "waxed lyrical" to everyone we know !”

“Don was very helpful in advising me on my choice of river cruise. He answered all my questions with ease and instilled the confidence required to book my chosen cruise. He also ensured that I had the choice of cabin I required (as I don't like travelling on the odd number side) by agreeing to hold the price for 24 hours until he could call the company to check that the cabin number was available. I believe that I can contact him from now until my cruise date and be assured I will get reassurance and all advise required. I will certain recommend the company to family and friends.”

“Having never been on a river cruise before, we found that our Cruise Concierge, Simon Collinge, covered all aspects of the cruise in detail and led us to the best choice. The cruise lived up to Simon's description and delivered all the aspects we wanted. We are very grateful, we loved the cruise.”
