“On our first cruise I mentioned it was our wedding anniversary and we were upgraded when we got to the boat. A very welcome surprise. Only problem is that now we have to book the balcony room. A nice problem to have. Easy booking. Pleasant people. Lovely itineraries.”

“Time to pay the balance , always the hard part but made less painful by Lyndsey who checked through all the details and took the payment in a painless way. Now looking forward to our first river cruise. Not forgetting Susan Burton who took the original booking. Well done River Voyages.”

“In such a short time felt I built a great relationship with Emma. This is the first river cruise we have booked so unsure of what to expect. “Simon Collinge was able to offer us a very good deal, including hotel and parking at Gatwick. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. We are looking forward to our Riviera cruise on the Douro in 2019.”

“Very good service from Helen, who booked our discounted Ukranian cruise (Odessa to Kiev) with Viking. She went 'the extra mile' and liaised with Viking Cruises to find out the holiday flight details before we decided to book. (Viking normally will only provide flight details after the booking was made). She handled our booking request in a pleasant and professional manner. We were most impressed.”

“We recently booked a Rhine cruise for 2019 with Erin, whom we found happy, courteous and very efficient. This will be our first river cruise with Riviera and Erin dealt quickly with all our requests and queries.”

“I booked a River Cruise through you yesterday for travelling on the River Rhone in France for may 2019. I found your lady who processed my booking ( Gill Starr), very helpful pleasant and kind throughout even obtaining in the holiday a flight to Lyon from Birmingham and obtaining for me at my request a double room. As on previous occasions I have always had to travel from Gatwick or Heathrow on previous holidays. Gill was courteous and pleasant throughout. 99 percent so far.”

“Have not yet been on the booked cruise so can only comment on the booking service. This was carried out in the most helpful, friendly and efficient way by your Emma Gray who quite simply did a fantastic job for us in investigating all options and availabilities, always calling us back when she promised and even on her day off. So ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Emma. Thank you.”

“Helpful, professional staff, I dealt with Helen Conway, she is definitely the best person I have dealt with regarding booking cruises etc. Exceptional interpersonal skills made sure we had every detail regarding our cruise, followed up with pre & post cruise phone calls to see how everything went.”
