“Re our booking through Erin on 7 March for our Danube river cruise in August. We were looking on line for a river cruise on the Danube, but wanted to be on board for a special birthday date. We then came upon your company and telephoned to Erin. Having established our dates that we wished to travel, which limited our choices, with Erin's expert help and guidance we have booked to travel on the Thomas Hardy on the 26th August. All questions asked were answered pleasantly and authoritatively, and any stumbling blocks were ironed out immediately. At all times on the phone Erin was very pleasant and professional, therefore we did not hesitate to make our booking through your company.”

“Another example of Erin's great service. I'd booked a river cruise with Viking for early November this year, sailing from Bucharest to Budapest. Viking have now issued our flight times & offered an extremely early flight from Manchester via Schiphol to Bucharest. Erin understands our dislike of having to get up really early for what is sometimes a relatively short flight to our cruise destination. Erin has liased with Viking & we're now flying out with a different airline with a really good flight time. She always goes the extra mile to help you. Well done Erin!”

“I would like to take this opportunity of praising your member of staff, Helen Conway. Last week l made enquires regarding river cruising for 2019 along the Mekong river to which Emma on your team gave me details of the various options available to suit our time scale and itinerary, of which Emma and l were going to discuss further tomorrow, ( Monday 12th ) but l did some further research myself and wanted some information on another cruise line that we were interested in, so although l knew that Friday was Emma's day off, l telephoned your company to gain some details regarding the further river cruise that interested me. I was put through to Helen and advised her that l had been in contact with Emma. Helen provided me details of the cruise that she had at hand together with answering my questions which involved contacting the cruise company direct, which following further questions that l had meant she had to make further enquires, this also applied to the respective flight details. All the above took some time to encompass the whole holiday itinerary which involved additional post cruise days. I found Helen to be extreamly helpful, professional and attentive to my exact enquiry together with being very patient and dedicated. What really impressed me was that because my enquiry took some time and l knew that l was previously dealing with Emma l asked her if she was on commission, and she duly advised me that any commission would be Emma's. But throughout, Helen's attentive attitude as described above can only be described as a credit to the company - a real team player! I would like to add that l also found Emma to be very helpful and professional which made me feel comfortable in dealing with your company. Best wishes, James Bamsey”
