“Have not yet been on the booked cruise so can only comment on the booking service. This was carried out in the most helpful, friendly and efficient way by your Emma Gray who quite simply did a fantastic job for us in investigating all options and availabilities, always calling us back when she promised and even on her day off. So ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Emma. Thank you.”

“Helpful, professional staff, I dealt with Helen Conway, she is definitely the best person I have dealt with regarding booking cruises etc. Exceptional interpersonal skills made sure we had every detail regarding our cruise, followed up with pre & post cruise phone calls to see how everything went.”

“We were dealt with very efficiently and politely. The booking was made very easy, the member of staff answering all our questions clearly. The payments went through with no problems, and we received notification before money was taken from our account. Very good service, thank you.”

“The consultant with whom we spoke went to considerable lengths to find information from us. She researched and rang us back 3 times to make sure thast we had the best information for us to make a choice. She was also able to speak from the clear body of experience that the company has about the boats and venues.”

“I've now booked a number of cruises with this Company. I've spoken to several people & each one is always so helpful. If my cruise concierge Erin Madine isn't available, someone is always willing to help. Thank you for always providing excellent service!”

“My contact Emma was very helpful, we have never been on a river cruise before and so Emma had a lot to do to make sure we got what we wanted. Fortunately the choice was somewhat limited because of the dates we wanted otherwise I'm sure we would never have been able to make a decision.”

“Brilliant service from start to finish from our tour concierge Erin Madine. Nothing was too much trouble and, although her working day was due to finish at 5.00 pm, we once received a telephone call from her at 5.45 pm, in response to a query we had left with her colleague as she was engaged when we called earlier. This is our first experience of River Voyages and we have been extremely impressed. Erin is a credit to your company.”

“Haven't been on our river cruise yet but have friends who have been with River Voyages several times and love it. Booked our cruise by phone as we had some questions, and your Cruise Concierge, Gillian Stark, couldn't have been more helpful, and answered all of our questions before we booked. My friend and I are really looking forward to our holiday. I have been on ocean cruises before but this will be a new experience.”
