“Easy to order and was delivered as requested. My only reason for leaving a 4 star was because you could leave a message on the gifts I could not find a way to do this as I made up my own gift parcel from a biscuit selection.”
Hi Susan,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Weāre glad to hear the ordering and delivery went smoothly. Iām sorry you couldnāt add a gift message to your order on our website, I know how important those little touches can be.
Just so you know for next time, when youāre purchasing one of our gift boxes, youāll find an āAdd a Gift Messageā button just below the āAdd to Basketā option. If youāre putting together a selection of items, you can also search āgift messageā in the search bar, which will take you to the same page.
Of course, if you ever need a hand, feel free to give us a call before placing your order, weāre always happy to help, and we can even place the order for you over the phone. š
Kind regards,
Team Ringtons

“This was an emergency order for a friend who had run out ( a recent convert!).
Royal Mail said it had been delivered but it was not received. She was so desperate, she went round to every no.10 in her village trying to track it down!!
It arrived a day later, via London. She lives in Glasgow. But very happy to have some new biscuits to try!!!”
Hi Helen,
Thanks so much for letting us know. Weāre glad it eventually arrived and your friend could enjoy the biscuitsāwhat a relief in an emergency! Appreciate your patience with the delivery hiccup.
Kind regards,
Team Ringtons
“Always beautifully packaged and safely delivered. Very much a return customer. Lovely quality products and a really unusual and gorgeous gift for everyone. Will be back soon. Many thanks”
“Love Ringtons
All your produce is top notch, but other than T-bags, which are a must for me, I have to be prudent with my purchases as on a budget. Nevertheless, I prefer good quality over quantity every time. I have been drinking your tea all my life as did my mum and her mum before her. Thank you.”
Hi Kay,
Wonderful to hear youāve enjoyed Ringtons for so long, and that the quality matters to you even on a budget. It means a lot to know our tea is part of your family tradition.
Thank you for your kind words and continued support.
Kind regards,
Team Ringtons

“Ringtones is a traditional established firm, catering for individuals who love a busccuit, a slice of the best ginger cake, mid morning or afternoon with their blends of teas, coffee or herbal. Also an excellent hot chocolate, recommended with a wafer. A huge selection of gifts, Belgium chocolates, Turkish delight. All excellent value and excellent packaging. A special favourite, their chocolate Tiffin, not to be missed.”
