“I have used Ringtons before and recipients have always been thrilled at receiving their goodies. Unfortunately this time the gift card was omitted and the recipient guessed it was from me. However, Ringtons has been in touch and apologised for this error which was a 'gift printer' glitch. I will continue to use this company as the products are extremely good value.”

“I started drinking Ringtons Valley View loose leaf tea about 6 months ago and I love it! It smells wonderful while it's brewing and it is delicious. I won't go back to any other tea now. My Uncle introduced me to Ringtons and this year for Christmas I got him the Gold Tea gift box with Ringtons Gold and Ginger biscuits. He's already opened it and is delighted with it. “No complaints about quality, however, after I ordered online I realised that I had not seen anywhere to put greetings card so that recipient would know who the hamper was from. I immediately emailed and phoned, without an answer and never had a reply to my email. I then had to contact recipient to inform them and ruined the suprise!!!!”
