The cost of cocoa has risen significantly, and because of this we had to rethink the product size to make sure we kept the quality, which we care deeply about, while still keeping it accessible. We chose to reduce the pack size so the chocolates remain just as you know and love them. “Somehow my house number was missed/deleted off my order.
Therfore when being g delivered by Royal Mail they declined to leave the parcel and sent it back to Ringtons.
I have called Ringtons and been told they will deliver again to my correct address.
It is now 10 days and no delivery”
