“Fabulous products but not very well packaged. I had rather a large order of biscuits and jar of coffee and tea bags. These were all loose in the box and therefore were able to move freely in transit and being posted through the post box.
Some breakages felt in the biscuit packs but as it was a gift could not open. Needs to be more securely packaged so no movement of items.”

“Have used your products from when I was a boy living in Gateshead! Mum would always say they are local & the best? Moved away in the sixties for work, then when I retired & moved to Norfolk, one day I spotted the Ringtons van in my village, this reawakened my interest, followed it up with some sample orders, this reaffirmed my love of your teas etc, So it's a long story, & it's still good!
