“The marmalade had unfortunately leaked in the box that was sent as a gift for Mother’s Day, when contacting ringtons about this they promptly responded and apologised for this giving me options to sort the matter in which a brand new box was sent out. Rachel from customer service was so helpful and lovely to speak with via email. I would always recommend ringtons for their products and now also for their amazing customer service. Thank you again!”

“Very good quality goods, friend was very impressed. Gave 3 stars because there was a problem of wrong address delivery (my fault) the person that received it reached out to Ringtons to get to right person however when i spoke to customer care and they said they could do nothing not even call the person to tell them the parcel was meant for next door, luckily phoned friend and her husband picked it up. Disappointed that customer care would not at least advise person it was meant for next door and she would have contacted my friend.”
