“The biscuits are excellent. My only concern is the packaging. The biscuits come in a large box full of paper rolls to protect them. Nevertheless, with the movement of transport biscuits arrive broken.”

We're incredibly sorry to hear you're disappointed with our service. Your order was returned to us via Royal Mail due to there being no house number on the delivery address. You sent us an email asking for a refund, which we replied to asking if you were sure you wanted a refund as the delivery charges would be deducted, and offered to resend to the correct address if you replied with the house number. As we received no reply a refund was issued. Should you have any further concerns, please contact our Customer Care team on 0800 052 2440 - lines are open Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
