Thank you for reaching out. After reviewing your order in detail, I can confirm that it was placed on Friday, 31st October at 6:00 AM with the delivery address you provided at the time of purchase. As our offices operate Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 5:00 PM, this was outside our business hours.
We send confirmation emails immediately after an order is placed, which allows customers to review and verify all details, including the shipping address. We also provide a 30-minute window for any changes before processing begins. In this case, your order was dispatched the same day, and a shipping confirmation was sent to you at 14:16 PM.
When you contacted us on Friday 31st October, an email was initially sent to us stating the address which you had entered as your shipping address. When you sent your next email/phone-call, the order had already been delivered or was en-route to the address specified during checkout. If the parcel is refused and returned to us, we will issue a full refund promptly upon receipt.

“I placed an order as a birthday gift in plenty of time, birthday has gone and now told only part of the order has been dispatched, looks like it’s time for Ringtons to manage deliveries in house again, rather than get other companies to make them unreliable.”
