“As a decaf drinker I've struggled to find one that gives me flavour...until now. Ringtons is definitely the best decaf. The order went through smoothly and arrived on time. Very happy with the service and I will be ordering again.”
“I order regularly from Ringtons, and have always enjoyed excellent service and superior products. However, my most recent order was the best yet. I ordered late afternoon on Thursday and received my parcel at lunchtime on Friday, and it was free delivery because I had ordered enough. Absolutely superb service, and quality products.”
“Quick and efficient service. Well packaged with recyclable materials. Excellent products. I would particularly recommend the Ginger Snaps, absolutely gorgeous.”
“Ordered at 5pm on a Friday, delivered by 7pm on Saturday..
Apple pie cookies are so good! Would definitely recommend.
Love the gold tea, perfect cuppa!!
Many thanks Ringtons!”
“Happy that we could order Ringtons products online. We have been buying Ringtons for years at our previous home with no complaints. However, since moving house, the new Ringtons saleswoman was a waste of time, she hardly ever called round when she was supposed to, and never had her basket with her so we had no idea what was on offer, or if there were any new products. Shame really as we would have probably carried on buying door to door. The only problem I had with the online order, was that when the order came, there was a massive hole in the cardboard box, fortunately, someone, somewhere had added some masking tape to the end. All my order was intact thank goodness”
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re really pleased to hear that you’ve enjoyed Ringtons for many years and that ordering online has worked well for you since your move.
We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience with the door-to-door service in your new area. That’s certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand how disappointing it must have been not knowing what was on offer or being able to browse the basket.
We’re also very sorry about the condition of the box on arrival. While we’re relieved to hear that your order arrived safely and intact, this isn’t what we’d want for any delivery, and your comments will be shared with our delivery partners.
Thank you again for your continued support and for being so understanding. If there’s ever anything we can help with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’d love the chance to make things even better for you next time. 😊
Hi Teresa,

“As usual, the decaf tea bags are great. They are one of the best that I have had, tasty and comforting. By buying in bulk, I even save on the postage. I also tried the decaf coffee and found it tasty, but not bitter, ideal for a latte.”
“Can't believe how good ringtone were , I put an order in 22.00 and the order was delivered by dinner time following day excellent service with excellent products . Thank you for the best cup of tea and biscutes ever .”
“Normally catch the local man about every 6 weeks or so but he was unavailable so ordered online. I knew what I was getting as always been satisfied with the product. I don't want the local man calling every 2 weeks as he would have to go miles out of his way. My fault I didn't know he was indisposed. At least I know it is easy to order online if I need to.”
