“Love ringtons loose tea and ginger biscuits. Sadly this time I think Royal Mail bounced the large parcel around as 3 packs of ginger biscuits were broken! But photo sent to customer service as feel the packaging in the box might need reviewing and straight away 3 new packets of biscuits were sent and received in tact. Thank you so much x”

“I ordered a lovely Ringtons hamper to send to a relative recovering from surgery. It arrived on time and the recipient was thrilled ! I didn't see a box on the order form , in which to send a 'get well' message with the gift, but that could have been an oversight on my part. Luckily I'd also put a card in the post which arrived the same day !”
