“Purchased 2 biscuit hampers for Christmas gifts , the order and timeframe were perfect however came to Royal Mail delivery and they just left it outside with no card left which they say they did and no knock at door or ringing of my bell , supposedly left it in my safe place which I didn’t have a safe space as was going to be in for delivery . My parcel was stolen off driveway so I had to contact company again who sent replacement gifts out with a 24 hrs tracking so should of arrived on the Saturday , well Saturday came and went with no deliveries and Royal Mail did do deliveries on Saturday and Sunday that week to cope with demand so they probs couldn’t be bothered to deliver my parcel . So Monday came round and the day we were going away and just as we were leaving to go away the parcel arrived . Not the greatest experience with Royal Mail which is a shame as the company did everything in there power to make sure my parcel arrived .”
