“I have a recurring order set up and its always excellent. I am kept up to date about the delivery and order. I do however wonder if the Gold Tea has been changed slightly as all of our family have commented about it not being as nice as usual and its taste has changed. Has anybody else noticed anything different?”

“This was a gift ordered for a sick colleague, the order for some reason was split, one part arrived within a day or two the other dissapeared although showing as despatched the same day. Called to query but told i had to wait the 5 days, called again and spoke to Rachel, the remainder of my order was delivered the next day, Rachel was a star shame about your warehouse as orders do sem to dissappear or arrive very badly packed and damaged.”

“We had a rep come to our door, I've never heard of Ringtons, however my hubby from Bradford remembers them from a long time ago. We tried the gold tea and loose tea which he enjoyed.
I then placed two orders of the Monty tea & biscuits gift sets at £20 each plus free delivery. One for my daughters boyfriends parents and one for the boyfriends Nan. They were both very happy to receive the surprise gifts.”
