“Your engineer was cheerful and polite and I learned a few things regarding the maintenance of the boiler.. it was unfortunate that the repair took longer than expected, one week, but this seemed to be down to the availability of parts. He was absolutely determined to get the repair done correctly and communicated with the manufacturers of the boiler on a regular basis.”

“We were delighted with the service we received from Feroz Mahmood today! At each step of the initial investigation, he spelled out his analysis and the implications of his next steps - particularly with respect to gaining access through the ceiling and subsequent fault-finding. He walked us through his convincing diagnosis of the fault carefully. The immediate fix looks to be very securely executed, and cosmetically it's very appealing. We were also grateful for his recommendations on a longer term resolution (e.g. calling in a tiler).”

“The engineer was polite and friendly and did everywhere could to help us with our problem and also advise us and explain what he was doing. From the 1st telephone conversation with the switchboard I was reassured that help would be with us within a couple of hours. We were given a price so we knew how much it was going to cost. Very happy with the service given from start to finish!”

“As a homeowner with an older type property and boiler. I was given a fast and efficient service from rightio. “Best local tradesman I've come across in a long ,long time...... I contacted 4 plumbers in total ...But Rightio got here ,and did the 3 jobs I needed sorting before 2 of the others even replied.... most impressed..... Hamid was great.... came when he said he would... did what he said he would .... on time ... with no mess and no fuss... this team is very professional.”
