The engineer was polite and friendly and did everywhere could to help us with our problem and also advise us and explain what he was doing.
From the 1st telephone conversation with the switchboard I was reassured that help would be with us within a couple of hours. We were given a price so we knew how much it was going to cost.
Very happy with the service given from start to finish!
