“The engineer came on time and seemed pleasant enough to me. Also was willing to any suggestions I made as to what the problem could have been something perhaps I could have done myself if I had thought at the time. Having been a householder for years and dealt with blocked drains before but needed professional help this first time. Anyway he did work cleanly and friendly. Thanks.”
