“Both men - Phil and Andy were excellent: polite, highly professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They were unflappable and determined. It’s a relief to get it sorted. They were also good listeners and so were able not only to fix the system but also my use of it!😂”

“The engineer arrived on time was very friendly and polite throughout. He tested all the circuits and sockets in the house to isolate the problem and sorted the issue and explained things as he went along. Could not fault him in any way. His electrical knowledge and customer service skills were exemplary. I have kids in the house and they were very comfortable with him working around them. Top marks for his professionalism and courtesy”

“My ancient Cannon was overdue for a service. Booking the appointment was very straightforward and it was helpful that Rightio could offer me a choice of dates. Being informed that the engineer was en route was also useful. He was on time. His work was thorough and efficient. His record of the state of the appliance was very useful.”

“I have used this great company before so i had no worries contacting them again to clear a blocked toilet they gave me a time when the engineer was coming but the sewage was coming up through the shower unit a quick phone call and we had a rapid response job done highly delighted would recomend this company to all well done ian jardine”

“After being let down by several plumbers Rightio managed to organise a plumber at short notice to fix a leaking toilet. Jani arrived promptly and did a wonderful job replacing the faulty part and thoroughly tested the system for any residual leaks. He also gave me advice for any potential problems. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend JK Plumbing for future use. Jan B.”

“The engineer turned on time. He was very professional. He got straight to the toilet and in 50 minutes the old toilet was out and the new one in. I've never seen anyone work so quickly and precise and tidy. He left leaving everything tidy. I was so pleased and very impressed. 100% workmanship. Thank you”

“Phoned Rightio, got an hourly quote and in less than an hour the plumber was on his way. Lovely guy who was on it and in less than an hour he fitted a new cistern ball valve in downstairs loo. Would highly recommend and will use them again. Well done Rightio !”
