“Plumber friendly, listened to my problem, assessed it, repaired it within 15 minutes of arriving, didn’t have time to finish his cuppa I’d made him. Job left tidy. No problems at all.”

“The response is immediate, everyone (people on the phone and the plumbers) are very kind and attentive. We get updates via text, email and phone calls, impossible to miss!! Everything is tracked and traced and we are very happy with the service. Thank you very much!!”

“After being badly let down by a different plumber, Rightio ticked all the boxes. Very easily organised, we were kept informed every step of the way, our plumber turned up on time, job completed efficiently, he left everything clean and tidy. He was polite and pleasant. Well done Rightio!!!”

“Wajid, was excellent. He contacted me before arrival, with his estimated time. Respected my property inside and out. Explained everything to me again before staring the repair, so I knew exactly what he was going to do. He quickly completed it, demonstrating that the repair had been successful. I would thoroughly recommend Wajid. Please give him my thanks again.”

“Your engineer was cheerful and polite and I learned a few things regarding the maintenance of the boiler.. it was unfortunate that the repair took longer than expected, one week, but this seemed to be down to the availability of parts. He was absolutely determined to get the repair done correctly and communicated with the manufacturers of the boiler on a regular basis.”

“We were delighted with the service we received from Feroz Mahmood today! At each step of the initial investigation, he spelled out his analysis and the implications of his next steps - particularly with respect to gaining access through the ceiling and subsequent fault-finding. He walked us through his convincing diagnosis of the fault carefully. The immediate fix looks to be very securely executed, and cosmetically it's very appealing. We were also grateful for his recommendations on a longer term resolution (e.g. calling in a tiler).”
