“A very good experience with Rightio plumbing services, from booking the rectification to having the work carried out. Within the hour plumber arrived even though it wasn't an emergency, this highly skilled and pleasant gentleman solved the problem speedily and efficiently. “Very good same-day service. Clinton arrived in excellent time. Very good at explaining what was wrong and what he was going to do. The seized valve in the header tank only showed up when we were waiting for it to fill up but, as with the toilet cistern, Clinton had the right part to hand. Everything checked and double checked before he left and not a trace of mess. You are not a cheap service but you are clearly thorough and competent. Thank you!”

“After calling Rightio to service my boiler, they arranged to call within the next day. I was given the price upfront so decided to go ahead. I was informed I would receive a call prior to the visit, Omar called me and told me he was on his way, he arrived on time, was smartly dressed and polite and friendly, the job was done efficiently and quickly. Overall a good experience and would certainly recommend Rightio.”

“Delighted! Alan kept me updated on arrival times and fixed a problem that had other plumbers stumped for months. What's been most impressive is the integrity shown by Alan and Rightio- due to the nature of the problem it could have been easy to pretend the repair would take hours and I wouldn't have known any different. It was sorted by the first suggestion and within the hour. Thank you, the kitchen is now finished!”

“Responded immediately to my call for a boiler service, with next day attendance. Visit preceded by a text with estimated time of arrival, followed by a call from the office to confirm - respect! Darren turned up on time and got straight into it. All completed, no hassles. Very impressed with his attention to detail and friendly manner. I know where to get my next CH service from! ☆☆☆☆☆”

“Having completed the enquiry form online I was contacted by Lydia within an hour who took all of the relevant details. Contacted a short while later to advise that the plumber was en route with a follow up call thirty minutes prior to the plumber arriving. Plumber was courteous and professional, diagnosed the issues very quickly and was able to carry out the necessary work within an hour. Great service, would definitely recommend to others and will use again when needed. Many thanks, Justin”

“Can’t fault the service, out to my house within a few hours of the first call and they kept me informed until the plumber arrived. The plumber was pleasant and fixed the problem within the hour. A more expensive Sunday than I had planned, putting up a few shelves up but not the fault of Rightio! Would def call again, but hope I don’t need to!”
