“The plumber who came contacted me to say when he would arrive…and he did. He was polite and cheerful, efficient, quick to identify the problem, had the tools and parts necessary in his van and completed the job successfully. I was relieved and impressed that things were functioning again quickly. The initial phone conversation with the company was of the same high standard - helpful, reassuring and efficient, making every attempt to provide a good service. Thank you for being fantastic today.”

“I had a gas problem with my cooker, that required immediate attention. I scanned the internet and saw Rightio, who advertised 24/7 service! I have them a call and was connected to Harry, a very friendly, switched on guy, who had me fixed up with an engineer within minutes!! A couple of hours later Derek was on my doorstep, another super friendly guy, he had my gas issue resolved in no time and on top of that, he checked out the gas pipes coming into the house and through the meter, to ensure the system was safe and operating properly. That's peace of mind at the end of the day!! I have to say, not the cheapest company I have dealt with, but a very satisfactory service, from start to finish, with constant texts updating me on the arrival time of the engineer!”

“We were kept informed of what would happen ,right from the word go.You told us what time to expect your engineer,he arrived spot on the time we had been told.He was efficient and knowledgable.His workmanship was of the highest order. His work was clean and tidy.Also very friendly courteous. Thank you to the whole team for a job well done. A big thank you to Kim for sorting out a query we had.Thank you all.Would highly recommend your company”

“Rang this morning with a tap that wouldn't turn off. They were helpful and courteous and sent somebody out within an hour. Really nice man, fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Couldn't fault this excellent service.”

“Despite it being a Sunday, we had an engineer with us within the hour and he completed the job within the first hour. Would highly recommended as we were kept informed of progress along the way by text, email and phone. Albeit expensive for the actual job, it was to be expected as a Sunday. You get what you pay for, fantastic service”

“Very quick service, the plumber arrived within 2 hours and had my water pipe repaired in 30 minutes! Friendly and knowledgeable guy and kept a clean workspace, was informed every step of the way with the job being carried out and also the cost of repairs/parts. I would highly recommend Rightio!”

“I was extremely pleased with the service offered, from initial contact to finish of job. Communication throughout was excellent; everything promised was done , and in a timely fashion. Particular praise for the plumber himself, who went over and beyond what was required. He was very reassuring in what was an emergency for me, and soon had everything sorted.Full marks.”

“I contacted Rightio when my toilet flush started malfunctioning on 3/6/22, Platinum Jubillee weekend. As I suffer from Crohn's disease quick access to the toilet is essential. I was greeted with excellent customer service, courteous and informative. The plumber arrived very quickly and completed the repair within 20 minutes. I also subscribed to a care plan. Hopefully the repair will hold and I will review again when the care plan takes effect.”
