“Phil the plumber was prompt and set about the problem without delay. Soon had it fixed and made further checks down the drainage line. Obviously a very experienced and competent plumber with a friendly manner as a bonus ! A very positive experience all round.”

“Thank you right from my first contact with you I was kept informed of charges and payment kept informed of times and hourly slot when the engineer would arrive. The engineer diagnosed the problem ordered parts required and returned the following day and did the necessary repairs efficiently and professionally and left no mess. I would use them again and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you again for a stress free service.”

“From the very beginning to the end I have been very impressed with both the speed and professionalism of Rightio. John (my engineer) was amazing and clearly is someone who takes pride in his work, he identified the issue quickly, and set about fixing it without any hassle. It is a relief to find someone that I feel I can trust and would highly recommend both him and Rightio to anyone who asks for a professional plumber. I would also like to thank and highlight the excellent work of the customer service team I spoke with on the phone.”

“The whole experience with Rightio was amazing from start to finish. Our electric shower gave up the ghost and we needed a new one. I telephoned at about 7.30 am. The call was answered immediately and extremely painless. The young woman who took the call was very polite and efficient. The engineer, Omar, arrived in less than 2 hours and was finished within an hour. He was extremely efficient and friendly. Brilliant service all round. I will definitely use Rightio again if I need emergency plumbing help and would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Engineer (Adam) was brilliant, very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information and even answered my more pointless questions that had nothing to do with the problem. The quality of the work was excellent and he left no mess whatsoever, clearly a very conscientious guy in the manner he conducts his work. I'd be happy to have his help again in future.”

“Adam and Phil were very good. Arrived within the time slot given when booking. Introduced themselves on arrival and got straight on to fixing the issue. Friendly and professional. Adam took time to explain what he was doing and gave me advice about the issue should it happened again in the future. I would happily recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks.”
