“Very fast response for leak in kitchen, from phone to the plumber came and fixed the fault was less than 2 hours. The plumber who came was polite and worked very fast and had the job completed very fast. I would use this company again if I ever need repairs done again. well done”

“My only negative comment was having to give my credit card details before the job was done, having no knowledge about your company and with so many scams going on. It was also very expensive but the job was well done the morning after I reported the problem. Thus the reason for giving full marks and the plumber,Alan,was very nice and efficient. Thank you”

“Liam arrived in the scheduled time he gave. He did a thorough check of boiler and reset the thermostat for me. He also telephoned the thermostat supplier to check what I needed to do when changing the batteries in future so that the auto programme would be saved. Everything is now working well. However, as company handling g customers' initial enquiries I think you should advise them that the £145 is subject to VAT. An additional £20 can be a shock, especially to pensioners.”
