“Was amazed to be offered the same day service. Engineer kept me apprised of timescales. Arrived promptly. Was very courteous and friendly. Wore a face mask throughout. Extremely efficient! Would definitely recommend Rightio to anyone 👍🏼”

“The engineer, “Del”, was excellent. Very professional and helpful. We couldn’t fault him. I would like to point out, though, that your automatic texts were a little confusing. We had arranged a time and date for a return visit, but your texts stated a different time and date. Hence a misunderstanding and waiting in unnecessarily. It was also quite difficult to get through to your customer service desk.”

“Very happy with the engineer who explained everything, was very efficient and friendly. A part was needed to complete the job, the planned date for this to be fitted was changed to the following day, the engineer was not on time and I took over half an hour to make contact with Rightio to chase this matter. The engineer finally rang and did arrive late, but, completed the job. It would have been useful to have received a call when it was clear the engineer was running late, sadly, that did affect our final scoring for the service received.”

“Guys turned up & knew what the fault was within minutes. The Tap was fixed straight away. Thanks for that. The Cistern requires specialist parts. So will be required to be Ordered. But this was all explained by Your Plumber. Just need confirmation of when he will return. Thanks Again.”
